1. General Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
The product must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required for all returns and exchanges.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Tatospizzas (e.g., wrong item shipped).
2. Eligibility for Returns
Some products are non-returnable or non-refundable under specific circumstances:
Custom or Personalized Items: Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a return and issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Sale or Clearance Items: Products marked as Final Sale or purchased under promotional offers (e.g., “Buy One Get One Free”) are not eligible for return.
3. How to Return an Item
Returning a product is simple. Just follow these steps:

Receive Return Instructions: After receiving your request, we will provide return instructions and the return address. If the return is due to our mistake, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
Prepare the Item for Return: Carefully repackage the product in its original packaging, ensuring it is undamaged and includes all accessories, labels, and manuals.
Ship the Item: Return the product as per the instructions provided and retain the tracking number for your records.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 to 14 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that the refund may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Full Refund: If the return meets all conditions (returned within 30 days, unused, in original packaging), a full refund will be issued, excluding return shipping costs (unless the error was on our part).
Partial Refund: If the item is returned in a condition other than what was originally received (e.g., opened, damaged, or used), we may issue a partial refund based on the item’s condition.
Non-Refundable Items: Products that do not meet return criteria (e.g., custom items, final sale items) will not be refunded. The item will be returned to you at your expense.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for products that are eligible for returns. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, follow the return process and indicate that you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund.
Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Our Responsibility: If the return is due to an error made by Tatospizzas (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.
7. Late Returns
If you request a return after 30 days from the delivery date, we may still consider it on a case-by-case basis. Contact us promptly if you need to return an item beyond the standard return window. Returns requested after 30 days may not be eligible for a full refund.
8. Refunds for Gift Purchases
If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item, rather than a cash refund. The credit can be applied to future purchases at Tatospizzas.
