RESTAURANT BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

CHEF’S TABLE BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Restaurant Tatos Pizzas – Inspiration Table:

All bookings require card details to confirm your reservation.

In the event that the booking is not honoured in whole or in part or is cancelled with less than 7 days notice, a cancellation fee of £1000 would be charged to the card provided. If this booking is not reconfirmed 7 days prior, we reserve the right to release the table.

VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. All Tatos Pizzas Restaurants vouchers are to be redeemed in UK Restaurants only.
  2. All postage of vouchers is to UK addresses only. Please allow up to 7 days for Royal Mail first class delivery
  3. All vouchers are valid for 10 months from the date of sale, unless otherwise stated on limited edition vouchers. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend the voucher beyond the stated 10 month validity period.
  4. All vouchers must be booked in advance.
  5. Vouchers cannot be used on certain holidays such as Christmas Day or New Year’s Day or certain promotional days such as Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day. Please ask when booking.
  6. Vouchers used on set menus available during promotional periods such as the Festive season (November and December) will be subject to a supplement, payable on the day. Please ask when booking.
  7. Vouchers for experiences (set menus, masterclasses etc) cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or government incentive.
  8. Reservations are subject to availability, at our discretion. Please call the telephone number specified on the restaurant’s home page to make your reservation. Purchase of a voucher is not a guarantee of a reservation.
  9. Vouchers must be presented by the bearer on arrival (printed copy or via smart phone) at the relevant restaurant and must be mentioned when booking.
  10. Vouchers purchased for experiences can be exchanged for the experience detailed on the voucher or for goods and services up to the value of that experience.
  11. Vouchers for masterclasses are only valid with a booking and no admittance shall be permitted for persons without a booking.
  12. Vouchers can be used as full or part payment on goods and services at Tatos Pizzas Restaurants in the UK. Purchases made with vouchers are not refundable in cash – vouchers can only be used for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited.
  13. Experience vouchers, where applicable, include a cover charge, however any items ordered in addition to the experience e.g drinks or side dishes, are not included and will be payable on the day. A 15% discretionary service charge will also be applied to your experience or meal on the day.
  14. Vouchers are not refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen.
  15. Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full. Where vouchers are dispatched by email, risk will pass to the customer when the email is sent and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full.
  16. The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

For website or technical queriesregarding your purchase, shopping cart or receiving the vouchers via email/post please contact (864) 631-1150 or email grvouchers@tatospizzas.com – please note this is technical assistance only, you cannot make a booking via these details. If you have opted to receive your voucher via email, please check your junk folder if you do not receive an email notification.
  19. For the avoidance of doubt, the term ‘voucher’ as used in these terms and conditions refers only to vouchers purchased directly from the Tatos Pizzas Restaurants website (tatospizzas.com) and include monetary vouchers, experience meal vouchers and experience day vouchers.
  20. Experience vouchers do not include drinks, wine pairings, additional dishes or 15% service charge, unless otherwise stated. Additional extras/items will be payable on the day.
  21. Tatos Pizzas Restaurants vouchers are not accepted at Tatos Pizzas Burger at Harrods.

BOOKINGS 

To book your Tatos Pizzas Restaurants voucher or experience, please contact the respective restaurant directly via phone, or make your booking online noting your individual voucher code. Please ensure you bring your voucher with you, printed or via your smartphone, to present to the restaurant teams on the day.

Online bookings can be made here via our website or directly with the restaurant.

If you have a masterclass voucher (e.g cocktail or culinary masterclass experiences), please contact our dedicated Experiences team on (864) 631-1150 to confirm your booking with your voucher code.

REFUND POLICY

Should you be unhappy with your vouchers, please return them to us within seven (7) days of receipt and we will provide a full refund.

To request a refund, please call (864) 631-1150 to report the problem and then post the vouchers to:

The refund would be made to the card used for payment and for the full amount stated, including the postage and packaging.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Guest cancellations of meal experiences and monetary voucher bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of that restaurant; guests may be charged a cancellation fee.  Where a voucher has not been used due to the cancellation of a booking, the voucher remains valid until used or expired.

Experience vouchers cancelled by customers less than 4 weeks before a booked experience day shall be forfeited with no right to refund or exchange.

In the unlikely event a booked experience day is cancelled by the company the experience voucher shall remain valid and the company will make every endeavour to rebook the experience day at a mutually convenient time within the next 12 months. Where a booking cannot be re-arranged the experience voucher can be used in exchange for goods and services up to the face value of the voucher at a Tatos Pizzas Restaurant in the UK (subject to voucher expiry and reservation at the restaurant).

The company cannot be held liable for any travel or accommodation costs in relation to a cancellation and experience day vouchers that are not rebooked or exchanges for goods and service shall be forfeited.

BLACK FRIDAY & DEAL OF THE DAY VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Black Friday vouchers refer to those purchased between 9.00 on Friday 25 November and 23.59 on Monday 28 November from the Black Friday Weekend promotion page,  or as the Deal of the Day promotion advertised between 09.00 on Monday 21 and 08.59 on Friday 25 November with a 25% discount from their regular purchase price, from the Deal of the Day promotion page Black Friday 21 – 28 November 2022 | Gifts & Experiences | Tatos Pizzas Restaurants
  2. Black Friday vouchers will be redeemable for their full original purchase value as displayed on the website.
  3. Vouchers purchased as part of the Black Friday promotion are valid and redeemable between2 January and 31 March 2023 (excluding 11-14 February – Valentine’s Weekend and 19 March – Mother’s Day) only. The validity period of Black Friday vouchers cannot, under any circumstances, be extended or altered to a different period, unless otherwise advised by Tatos Pizzas Restaurants
  4. Please note that Black Friday vouchers are not valid on Valentine’s Weekend, from Saturday 11 to Tuesday 14 February or Mother’s Day, 19 March 2023.
  5. Black Friday vouchers can be identified by a BF22prefix within the individual voucher code g BF22-xxxx-xxxxx, and are labelled as ‘Black Friday Gifts’ in each individual product page.
  6. All Black Friday vouchers are to be redeemed in UK restaurants only.
  7. Vouchers are available in email PDF format or postal format.
  8. All postage of Black Friday vouchers is to UK addresses only. Please allow5-7 days for standard Royal Mail postage during the Black Friday voucher sales period.
  9. To redeem a Black Friday voucher, a booking must be made in advance, directly with the restaurant. Contact details can be found here.
  10. Reservations are subject to availability. Please call the restaurant as per the contact details on the website, or alternatively book your table online, providing your voucher code at the time of your booking. Purchase of a Black Friday voucher is not a guarantee of a reservation at the time of your choice.
  11. Black Friday vouchers must be presented (printed or smartphone) by the bearer on arrival at the relevant restaurant and must be mentioned when booking.
  12. Black Friday vouchers can be used as full or part payment on goods and services at Tatos Pizzas Restaurants in the UK. Purchases made with vouchers are not refundable in cash.
  13. Black Friday vouchers are not transferable, refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen.
  14. Black Friday vouchers purchased for experiences can only be exchanged for the experience detailed on the voucher or for goods and services up to the value of that experience. Items ordered in addition to the experience and discretionary service charges / gratuities are not included in the price of vouchers and are payable on the day.
  15. Black Friday vouchers cannot be exchanged between restaurants.
  16. Black Friday vouchers for masterclass experiences are only valid with a booking and no admittance shall be permitted for persons without a booking. Please email experiences@tatospizzas.com or call the Tatos Pizzas Experiences Team on (864) 631-1150 to check masterclass availability and confirm your reservation once you have purchased your voucher, quoting your voucher code BF22-xxxx-xxxxx.
  17. Black Friday vouchers can only be used for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited.
  18. Experience vouchers, where applicable, include a £2 cover charge. Discretionary service charges apply, as per point 13.
  19. The Black Friday offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other gifts & experiences promotion including corporate gifting. The corporate gifting offer applies to full price gifts & experiences vouchers only.
  20. Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full. Where Black Friday vouchers are dispatched by email, risk will pass to the customer when the email is sent and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full.
  21. The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
